Zubaida Sirang is a visionary ophthalmologist, clinician, humanitarian, and globally recognized author. A Consultant Ophthalmologist at Aga Khan University Pakistan and Fellow in Oculofacial Plastic & Orbital Surgery from the University of Calgary, she pioneers access to quality eyecare across underserved regions. Zubaida established Pakistan’s first Hub & Spoke ophthalmic service, reaching 10,000+ patients annually in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral. Author of Optics Made Easy, her contributions span peer-reviewed research and global recognition, earning awards including Pride of Pakistan, Bint-e-Hawa Achievement Award, Development Leadership Award, and an Honorary Fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Edinburgh.
