Suzan Alghanem holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecological and Environmental Biology from UAE University and a Master of Science in Organizational Excellence from HBMSU. With more than 16 years of experience, she possesses certifications in Business Continuity, Emergency Management, Crisis Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Auditing.

She has provIded specialized solutions in these fields for both government agencies and private sector organizations. Suzan has published numerous scientific articles internationally and has contributed to the development and implementation of Business Continuity (BC) programs, disaster recovery strategies, risk assessments, and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs). Her work includes selecting effective post-disruption continuity strategies and developing plans, guIdelines, and standard operating procedures.

In addition to her professional expertise, Suzan actively participates in various committees and conferences and collaborates on projects at institutional, local (UAE), and international levels.
