Harshita Kumar, a first-generation lawyer, has been practicing since 2012 and runs a successful law firm in New Delhi in partnership with her colleague. She represents clients before the National Company Law Tribunal, the Hon'ble HC of Delhi, and other forums. Specializing in mergers and acquisitions, she completed her Master's in Business Laws (Mergers & Acquisitions) from Vanderbilt Law University, USA.
