Dr. Shinya Yamamoto is a serial entrepreneur, social entrepreneur, angel investor, startup mentor, social physicist, and professor who actively engages in technology and innovation management, primarily for startups worldwide. Building a diverse innovation portfolio, he combines business leadership with academia, serving as a professor at several universities. His academic work focuses on science for innovation management, clinical research, and MBA programs, blending research with practical application.

He has contributed to national policy development as a member of review committees for various central government ministries and agencies, as well as serving as a special researcher. Currently, he leads social experiments as the founder of the Web3 community “DICT – Design, Innovation, Co-Creation, Technology” and drives business incubation through “DICT CUBE TOKYO,” fostering global collaboration and innovation.
