Dr. R. Sangeetha Ramankutty, Group Head – HR at Kirtilals, brings over 25 years of expertise in human resource management, overseeing a workforce of 1,750 across retail, manufacturing, and engineering divisions. Holding a Ph.D. in General Management & Organisational Behaviour, she has been instrumental in driving HR excellence, talent management, and organisational development in a family business environment.

Dr. Ramankutty has received multiple accolades, including the HR Excellence Award (NHRD) and the Outstanding Achievement Award (2023 & 2024). As President of NHRD Coimbatore, she led the chapter to win the Falcon Trailblazer Award 2024 and was honoured with the Special Recognition Award (2025) at the national level.
