Mohamed Atef Elsayed Ibrahim is the founder and CEO of LAHINT, a Saudi technology startup leading the transformation of government service automation for the business sector. With more than 10 years of experience in digital transformation and public-private innovation, Mohamed has built LAHINT into one of the Kingdom’s most promising civic tech ventures.
Graduating from leading programs including Misk Foundation, Tech Founders by CODE, and Sanabil 500, Mohamed led LAHINT to close a multi-million SAR investment round, and sign major contracts with several Saudi government entities. In under two years, LAHINT has served over 100 companies, offering services like foreign company setup, labor transfers, permit issuance, and regulatory compliance.
The platform is powered by 11 registered IP assets, and was built to eliminate inefficiencies across government processes. It features real-time eligibility checks, AI-powered execution, and integrations with government portals.
In recognition of its impact, LAHINT was awarded the Forttuna Global Excellence Awards (2024) for Startup of the Year in Saudi Arabia, and was honored as a Diamond Sponsor at Rad, the second-largest public tech event in the Kingdom hosted by the Chamber of Commerce.
