Bio
Adv. Varun Kumar is the Founder, CEO, Publishing Editor, Publisher & Owner of Law Audience Journal (e-ISSN: 2581-6705). He pursued his five-year integrated law graduation (B.A.LL.B (Hons)) from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India, with "First Class with Distinction". He completed his schooling at National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), i.e., Secondary & Senior Secondary Education, and has also done a one-year diploma in "Computer Applications".
He received a letter of invitation to be Guest of Honour and Presenter at the Leadership Circle In-Person or Online 28 & 29 November 2024, from Sunita Gandhi (Former Economist, The World Bank USA, Chief Academic Strategist, The World’s Largest School, City Montessori School, Lucknow, Founder, DEVI Sansthan (Dignity Education Vision International), India, Ph.D., Physics, Cambridge University, UK), Devi Sansthan.
Currently he is pursuing LL.M in Corporate & Commercial Laws from University Institute of Legal Studies, Chandigarh University. His legal article titled "Does Section 375 of Indian Penal Code Include Marital Rape" was awarded a "Certificate of Excellence" by a panel of judges for his tremendous legal research work by Legalserviceindia.com. His legal article on "Uniform Civil Code" was published in "Indian Journal of Constitutional Studies (ISSN 2456-5008)". He is a well-rounded individual who lives with passion, commitment, and grace. Adv. Kumar has interned at B&B Associates (LLP), Panchkula, Jus Dicere & Competition Commission of India, New Delhi.
Adv. Kumar is enrolled as an Advocate with The State Bar Council of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, and cleared the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE XVII) in his first attempt. His Enrolment Number is HIM/436/2019. He has also acquired memberships of Bar Association Amb (Courts), Distt. Una, Himachal Pradesh, and The Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association. With more than 5 years of practice, he is capable of handling every type of legal matter.
