Lailayan AlMasri is the Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of FundingPips, where she leads the brand’s marketing strategy, creative direction, and global community growth. With over 12 years of experience in marketing, Lailayan has worked across leading agencies, Google, and as a consultant for UNICEF, building a career rooted in strategy, innovation, storytelling, wrapped in compassion, passion, and inspiration.
Since FundingPips’ foundation, Lailayan has been at the forefront of its rise. She’s the mind behind building the no.1 brand in the industry and the never slowing down dedicated engine who expanded its reach to over 1,000,000 traders across 195+ countries. She has also launched 2 other brands FundingTicks and TradinTV.
Earlier, Lailayan held senior marketing roles, including Vice-CEO responsibilities at a major real estate firm, leading flagship projects like the 6th Circle Towers in Amman, Jordan. She is a key figure in every organization she’s been part of.
Her achievements are being celebrated not only by her team but also through recognition as she has received the Fortuna award in 2024 and Golden Women Award 2025, and she is listed on the Top 100 Women Leaders in the Middle East 2025 in its 6th edition in Dubai.
Lailayan holds a Bachelor's degree in German and English Business Communication and an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in International Business Law at the University of Birmingham.
Outside of work, Lailayan is a proud single mother who finds balance and solace in family life with her daughter, reading, jetskiing, and documenting their moments together on TikTok.
Her journey is one of resilience, vision, and leading by example, not just for her team at FundingPips, but for her daughter and for women striving to break barriers.
