Bio
Born in Oklahoma, but based in Tampa Bay for the last 20 years, Dominique arrived after serving as the On Board Leader for Delta Airlines on September 11th, based out of Boston, and later Dallas the month before. After being furloughed, she relocated to Tampa seeking a fresh start with her now husband, Scott.
A 4th generation entrepreneur, Dominique naturally enjoys starting and leading companies. She owns three businesses, including Nika Corporate Housing. Her second company, Casa Genesis (known as Skye Blue Media LLC), manages data for her company through a cloud-based SaaS platform, which she white-labels for the corporate housing industry while also using it for Nika Corporate Housing LLC. Her third venture, Body Works Fitness, highlights her passion for health and wellness, where she authored the book Bounce Back After Baby and trademarked the concept. She is also an international fitness model, Pro-Athlete with the WBFF Federation, Master Trainer, Certified Sports Nutritionist, Spinning Instructor, Pre & Post Natal Yoga Instructor, and has been published in numerous international fitness magazines.
Dominique serves on the board of Enterprising Women’s Magazine, where she also contributes regular content. She has been honored with multiple awards, including the Enterprising Women’s Award, Corporate Housing Provider’s Association Provider of the Year (2022 & 2023), and recognition as a finalist in the Founder’s Category of the Apogee Awards by Tampa Bay Business & Wealth Magazine, among others.
Her academic achievements are equally impressive, with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Letters with a Classical Cultural Emphasis (with Honors in 3 years) from the University of Oklahoma, participation in Harvard Business School’s Owner President Management Program, Dartmouth Business School’s Executive Growth Program, and a Master’s of Legal Studies in International Business from the University of Oklahoma, among many other programs. A lifelong learner, Dominique constantly pursues courses to enhance her business acumen and adapt to evolving technologies.
Outside of business, Dominique is the proud mother of five children, Daxton (15), Levi (11), Mia (10), Elizabeth (28), and Jessica (22). She is an avid scuba diver, particularly enjoying shark diving, and shares her home with two Australian Shepherds (Bandy and Dakota), a cat (Hercules), and a turtle (Houston). Married for over 18 years, her husband Scott is a U.S. Air Force veteran and former B-2 pilot.
