Adel Abdulla Miran has journeyed from the football pitch as a goalkeeper and UAE referee, still passionate about sport with CrossFit and cycling, to the boardrooms of some of the nation’s most iconic organizations. His path has been defined by discipline, foresight, and a commitment to innovation. Today, as Director of Administration and Facilities Management in Dubai and Founder of Miranco Innovation and AI, he stands at the intersection of leadership, real estate, and the future of artificial intelligence.
Over the past two decades, Adel’s career has spanned leadership roles in major organizations and transformative projects. At Dubai Holding Real Estate, Nakheel, he served as Head of Facilities Management and Innovation, also contributing as a committee member driving sustainable asset management strategies. During his tenure at Dubai World Trade Center as Senior Manager in asset investment and real estate development, he played a pivotal role in Expo 2020 handover projects, milestones that strengthened Dubai’s global standing. Earlier, with Al Dar Properties and Dubai Properties, he gained extensive experience in handover and commercial operations, while his early roles with Etisalat, Standard Chartered Bank, and in Australia and New Zealand built his foundation in customer service and international business perspectives.
Parallel to his professional journey, Adel has embraced continuous learning as a lifelong principle. He holds a Master’s degree in Business from the UK, a Bachelor’s in Business, and multiple diplomas including Leadership from Cambridge, Future Foresight from Dubai Future Academy, and Business from Higher Colleges of Technology. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), with a focus on AI governance and innovation, an area that continues to define much of his vision today.
As Founder of Miranco Innovation and AI, Adel is actively reshaping real estate and related sectors by integrating artificial intelligence to create trusted, transparent platforms for agents and investors. His recognition as a winner at the World AI Expo 2025 underscores the transformative potential of AI in driving industries forward, both in the UAE and globally. Beyond the boardroom, sports have also shaped his leadership mindset. Whether refereeing UAE football matches or winning second place in the UAE Taekwondo Championship, he embodies resilience, fair play, and dedication, values that remain central to his leadership philosophy.
Today, Adel believes that the future of facilities management and real estate lies in blending human expertise with advanced technologies. For him, AI, innovation, and foresight are not optional, they are the cornerstones of progress. His mission remains clear: to build sustainable systems that empower people, elevate industries, and prepare the UAE and beyond for a new era of intelligent growth.
